Being present. Really listening. Letting her anger fly off, but never totally letting go. Holding her powerfully, accepting all of her and never, EVER being as emotional about it as she was (the guy's face is an iron angel). She just called me and agreed to see a counsellor. She's justified in her anger; I have been less of a man in the past. But that wuss has gone away and your book has been a big part of it. Thanks dude!
